To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer on a case-by-case basis. 

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Blackpool Dance Store reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted due to prompt order fulfillment and production queues for made-to-order items. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless explicitly calculated at checkout, posted prices do not include domestic or international taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information so that we can successfully complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, international customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Blackpool Dance Store, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the third-party provider.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY 
Blackpool Dance Store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online storefront interface to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Blackpool Dance Store (or our designated international merchant of record). Shopify is not a party to the contract of sale and is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Blackpool Dance Store. 

SECTION 9 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & MERCHANT OF RECORD (GLOBAL-E)
For all customer orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom, Blackpool Dance Store utilizes Shopify Managed Markets, operated natively in partnership with Global-e as the legal Merchant of Record. 
1. If you are an international customer purchasing products for cross-border delivery, you acknowledge that the transaction, billing, and customs compliance contract is processed via Global-e. 
2. Local import duties, customs clearance tariffs, and regional taxes (such as VAT or GST) will be dynamically calculated and displayed upfront at checkout. By completing your checkout, you authorize Global-e to remit these payments directly to your local customs authorities on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
3. International transactions may be subject to currency conversion rates calculated at the time of checkout. All international returns and refunds are governed strictly by the terms laid out in our Refund Policy regarding the non-refundable nature of cross-border duties and taxes.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify and international transactions are handled via Managed Markets, your data will be securely shared with Shopify and Global-e to safely execute international checkout, risk analysis, fraud prevention, and local delivery routing.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our store that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
